Inner peace isn’t just a poetic idea—it’s a real possibility. It’s not something that will happen at some future time, when we get all our ducks in a row. Neither is it a state of constant bliss or managing to avoid hardship.
Inner peace is a steady and growing sense of ease that can carry us through the unpredictability of life, moment by moment. It doesn’t happen overnight, but with guidance, practice, and support, inner peace is something we can cultivate.
On Saturday, May 10, Lori Brant (The Happiness Coach) and I (Heather) will be co-hosting a full day of practice at Stream Yoga + Meditation called Immovable Inner Peace. We’ll be exploring what it means to move through life with a sense of steadiness—not because everything is perfect, but because we’re rooted in something deeper.
The Immovable Inner Peace Day Retreat will combine gentle yoga, meditation, self-inquiry, and teachings drawn from both of our paths. The goal is to give you tools you can return to—ways to reconnect with your own inner stillness, and to loosen the grip of beliefs or habits that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
The retreat is open to everyone. Whether you’re brand new to this kind of practice or have been walking the path for years, you’re welcome. No special beliefs or experiences required—just a willingness to show up and explore your reality.
If this resonates for you, we’d love to have you with us.
