Through guided relaxation, we’ll explore the transitional spaces between waking, sleeping and dreaming. Deepen your awareness of the self beyond thought, and experience a profound stillness and connection. Gain insight into the true essence of being, and cultivate peace, clarity, and inner balance.
In this 2.5 hour session, we will combine movement practice (a blend of gentle yoga and qigong), with yoga nidra and guided meditation, to create the conditions for inner stillness and guided self-inquiry.
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a deep relaxation practice that induces a state of conscious awareness between wakefulness and sleep, promoting deep relaxation and psychological rejuvenation.
The movement (yoga) portion is suitable for all abilities. Beginners are very welcome.

After experiencing a ‘spontaneous awakening’ on February 4, 2021, Michael began a dedicated study into the nature of mind and consciousness, seeking teachers and traditions that could explain this experience. He is passionate about guiding others to awaken to the liberating truth of their being.
