This space is your online companion for the Yoga for Life series. Here, you’ll find the full six weeks of lessons, along with downloadable PDF resources to support your practice. Each lesson outlines the key themes we’ll explore together — both major and minor — to help you stay grounded and intentional throughout the journey.

Participation in the portal is entirely optional — the core of our practice will still happen in our live classes together. That said, I welcome and truly appreciate your feedback if you choose to explore this space. This is a pilot project as I begin developing online resources to extend the reach of the Stream Yoga + Meditation community, and your insights will help shape future offerings.

There will also be a WhatsApp group — optional to join — offering daily inspiration, supportive accountability, and ongoing connection with fellow participants. It’s a simple way to stay engaged and supported between classes — a space to share reflections, encouragement, or simply be reminded that you’re not practicing alone.

Heather is a dedicated mindfulness facilitator, author, an owner and yoga instructor at Stream Yoga + Meditation. With 25 years of practice, including training as a Buddhist nun, she brings a depth of wisdom and compassion to her teaching. Passionate about helping others cultivate self-compassion and mindful living, she created 100 Days of Care, a structured yet flexible framework for individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and kindness. Whether guiding students in meditation, movement, or reflective practice, Heather’s approachable and insightful teaching style supports small, consistent shifts that lead to profound personal growth.
