“All that we are is the result of what we have thought: it is founded on our thoughts, it is made up of our thoughts.” — Dhammapada
Dharma Café is a monthly, open gathering exploring practical tools for wellbeing, emotional balance, and more conscious ways of living. Meeting once a month over ten months, we reflect on ten core attitudes that support mental health, ethical clarity, and healthier relationships — with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
Each evening weaves together short talks, meditation, and a simple creative practice, offering both reflection and hands-on integration. No prior experience with meditation or Buddhist teachings is required. Dharma Café is welcoming, conversational, and grounded in everyday life.
Together, these gatherings offer a steady, supportive rhythm across the year — combining mindfulness, creativity, and conversation to support wellbeing, insight, and meaningful change. See evening details and monthly themes below.
