Join Heather and Arlene for a half-day retreat of quiet contemplation as we honour the light—both around us and within—on the longest day of the year.

In the stillness of this seasonal turning point, we’re invited to reconnect with the quiet brilliance that lives at the heart of our being. The light we so often seek in the world also shines within us—steady, spacious, and wise. As Jetsunma Tenzin Palmo reminds us:

Ultimately, there is light and love and intelligence in this universe. And we are it, we carry that within us; it’s not just something out there, it is within us and this is what we are trying to re-connect with—our original light and love and intelligence.

Through gentle yoga, yoga nidra, guided and walking meditation, and the nourishing power of silence and community, we’ll attune to the turning of the season and the radiance of our own presence.

Open to all experience levels. Beginners warmly welcomed.
