Reclaim Your Rest is a gentle six-week program designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body through yoga, mindfulness, and supportive self-care practices.
This is for you if you:

- spend your days caring for others and keep putting yourself last

Each week includes yoga, a guided meditation, an optional journaling prompt, and a learning session—so you’re not just “relaxing” for an hour… you’re actually learning how to rest in a way that carries into your real life.
Over six weeks, we’ll explore:
Week 1: Mindfulness (building awareness + presence in the body)
Week 2: Physical Rest (softening tension, supporting sleep, restoring the body)
Week 3: Emotional Rest (feeling without fixing, releasing overwhelm)
Week 4: Spiritual Rest (meaning, connection, coming back to what steadies you)
Week 5: Awakening Your Safeness System (nervous system support, regulation, and resilience)
Week 6: Quieting the Inner Critic (shifting the voice that keeps you striving and “earning” rest)
This isn’t about adding more to your to-do list.
It’s about softening, slowing down, and coming home to yourself—with tools you can use on the hard days, not just the good ones.
This journey will help you create space for true rest, not just temporary relief.
No experience needed—just a willingness to show up for yourself.
