Join Heather and Arlene for a half-day retreat offering space to soften what’s been held, listen more closely, and allow a heart-led change in direction to emerge naturally.
Release and Pivot weaves together yoga, meditation, and energetic release practices, with mindfulness and insight-based reflections, to explore how letting go creates the conditions for wise movement in body and mind — not forced change, but a natural responsiveness that arises from clarity and ease.
Open to all experience levels. Practices will be accessible, invitational, and adaptable, with time for both guided practice and quiet integration. No prior experience with yoga, meditation, or contemplative practice is required — just a willingness to pause, soften, and listen.
