Workshops + Special Events

Please join us as we explore letting go through the lens of forgiveness, drawing on the Buddhist framework of the Four Opponent Powers — acknowledging what weighs on the heart (regret), reconnecting with what supports us (reliance), applying an antidote (remedy), and setting a clear intention to move forward (resolve). This approach offers a compassionate, practical pathway for release.

Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep relaxation that brings you into the liminal space between waking and sleeping. While profoundly restorative to the nervous system, its deeper purpose is the cultivation of awareness — especially awareness of perception and how the mind creates experience moment to moment.

Traditionally, Yoga Nidra is used as a powerful method for releasing conditioned mental and emotional patterns — known in Buddhist teachings as saṅkhāras — the habitual imprints that give rise to repetitive thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. By resting in wakeful presence, we begin to see these patterns more clearly and gently loosen their hold.

The session will include light stretching to prepare the body, a full practice of Yoga Nidra, and a short Dharma reflection.

Please bring anything you need to be fully comfortable lying down. Mats, bolsters, and studio blankets are provided; an extra blanket from home is recommended for warmth.
