This film expresses the “great forgetting” that occurs when we enter the human experience, obscuring the truth of who we truly are. The journey of realizing our true essential nature, the dual nature of ego and illusion, and the imprint of historical and cultural conceptions of the mind are examined through personal anecdotes and through the lens of the perennial teaching.
