Our shoulders often hold what our hearts cannot—stress, tension, emotions, and the invisible weight of responsibility. This special two-hour workshop is an invitation to lay that weight down and reconnect with lightness. 

Through a soothing blend of breathwork, self-massage, and mindful yoga movement, you’ll learn how to support your body’s lymphatic flow, release built-up tension, and create space in the neck, chest, and shoulders. Gentle, accessible practices will guide you into deep relief, leaving you feeling softer, clearer, and more at ease in your body. 

Come as you are—no yoga experience is needed. You’ll leave not only with a lighter body but with simple tools to carry forward into daily life.
