Good habits create the foundation for a vibrant and balanced life. This six-week yoga and meditation series explores how consistent practice supports well-being, helping us cultivate resilience, focus, and inner strength.

Each week, we’ll explore different aspects of habit formation and intentional living, integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to build a sustainable practice. Through guided reflection and embodied awareness, you’ll discover how small, steady commitments can lead to lasting transformation.

During the course of our 6-weeks together, you will be invited and guided to develop a personal daily ritual or rituals that support your well-being. 

Incorporating daily rituals and routines, supportive of your deepest values, leads you to living a life of integrity, greater ease and connection with yourself and others.

Our 6-week Series provide you with the opportunity to practice consistently with a group of peers, while deepening your knowledge of the practices of yoga + meditation. Series will run with a minimum of six Series Pass registrations. Once underway, all Stream Memberships and Class Passes may be used to book and attend classes in the series if space allows.
