This six-week yoga series is for anyone navigating recovery—whether from addiction, stress, trauma, or simply the challenges of life. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and reflection, we’ll explore themes of acceptance, resilience, connection, and self-growth in a safe, supportive space.
Inspired by 12-step recovery principles, this series is open to anyone curious about incorporating these ideas into their healing journey—no labels required. You don’t need to be in a 12-step program to join this class. You don’t need any yoga experience. You just need a willingness to show up.

Our 6-week Series provide you with the opportunity to practice consistently with a group of peers, while deepening your knowledge of the practices of yoga + meditation. Series will run with a minimum of six Series Pass registrations. Once underway, all Stream Memberships and Class Passes may be used to book and attend classes in the series if space allows.
