Pre-registered Series at Stream

Take a midweek pause to reset and reconnect. This 4-week noon-hour series invites you to step out of the rush and into a space of calm—right in the heart of downtown Port Colborne.

Held in the bright, second-floor West Street Studio overlooking the canal, each 45-minute session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to carry you into the rest of your day feeling steady, clear, and at ease.

You are invited to linger after the movement portion for a short meditation and journaling circle (15–20 minutes)—a quiet space to reflect and recharge before returning to your day.

Weekly Themes:
Grounding – Gentle postures and breath to settle the nervous system
Opening – Simple movements to open the body and mind to presence
Balancing – Practices to support physical and mental steadiness
Releasing – Letting go of tension and cultivating ease through stillness

Our Series provide you with the opportunity to practice consistently with a group of peers, while deepening your knowledge of the practices of yoga + meditation. These sessions will run with a minimum of six registrations. Once underway, drop-in passes for individual dates will be available at $30/class, if space permits.
