This 25-minute guided meditation invites you to settle in—to find that balance of ease and alertness, to let the body breathe, and to simply know experience as it unfolds.
We begin by recognizing the good conditions that support us in this moment—the breath, the body, the circumstances that allow us to practice. With this foundation of gratitude, we turn toward direct knowing—noticing the breath without needing to name or analyze, allowing awareness to rest in the simple, shifting field of sensation.
This is a practice of attuning, not conceptualizing—of resting in presence rather than reaching for interpretation. Breath as movement, breath as space, breath and body as a constellation of sensations appearing and vanishing—an experience to be met with the same quiet wonder we might feel while gazing at constellations in the night sky.
By learning to stay with this fresh, luminous presence, we cultivate the capacity to meet life as it is—both in easeful moments like this one, and in times of challenge when we need our practice the most.
Enjoy this meditation to cultivate a sense of wonder, stillness, and deep presence—one breath at a time.
