Insight Meditation, Wednesdays 7pm ET (90 mins), with Heather Fenton — Start and/or maintain a regular meditation practice. Each week, guided meditations are combined with instructions for bringing mindfulness into daily living.
Satsang Meditation, Sundays 11am ET (60 mins), with Michael Fenton — A look into the source of who and what you are. Sessions include meditation, pointing instructions, inquiry and discussion.
