This noon-hour yoga series invites you to step out of the rush and into a space of calm—right in the heart of downtown Port Colborne.
Drop by after the market, or step out from the office, for a mindful midday break.
Held in the bright, second-floor West Street Studio overlooking the canal, each session blends movement, breathwork, and grounding practices to carry you into the weekend feeling steady, clear, and at ease.
Each class is 45-60 minutes long—giving you the flexibility to get back to work quickly, or if you have a full hour, you’re encouraged to enjoy an extended savasana and guided meditation.

These series offer the opportunity to practice consistently with a group of peers while deepening your understanding of yoga and meditation. Sessions run with a minimum of six registrations. Space is limited and in-person only.
