Practice at Stream
Enjoy our small but growing collection of resources for your practice. Heather creates snippets of wisdom (video, writing, imagery) to inspire you on the path to peace:

The Ease of Honesty
In both Buddhist practice and yoga, truthfulness (sacca or satya) is more than a moral guideline; it is a gateway to inner freedom.
When we commit to honesty in thought, speech, and action, we begin to dissolve the illusions that bind us. The more we align with truth, the clearer our perception becomes, allowing us to move through life with greater ease, trust, and wisdom.

Developing Composure on the Path of Awakening
Ethical self-discipline is developed in order to bring calm and quiet to the heart-mind and to reduce the harm we cause ourselves and others. When we act with an intention to benefit our future self, others or our environment, without greed or malice, it results in a ‘bright’ mind is that is composed, relaxed, sees clearly and is ready to benefit others.

Six far-reaching attitudes
Cultivation of six ‘far-reaching attitudes’ helps us overcome our limitations. The development of these attitudes can lead us to a deep and lasting inner peace.

You’re invited to practice with us weekly in person in Port Colborne, Ontario or live online on Zoom.
