Our first post-pandemic weekend residential retreat!
Enjoy a full weekend of silent contemplation. We will explore foundational practices that create the conditions for physical and mental freedom, awakening to our full potentional.
We’ll practice yoga, qigong, guided meditations, walking meditation and mindful eating, and uncover the simple joy that is available when we pause and rest in mindfulness.
We will investigate—with curiosity and self-compassion—the reactive habits, confusion and limiting beliefs that interfere with our prioritizing wellbeing and establishing healthy habits and routines.
We will practice noble silence, with opportunities for reflections and questions in one-on-one interviews with the teacher.
Suitable for all levels. Beginners are welcome. Please reach out if you have questions.
