Enjoy a full weekend of quiet contemplation. We will explore the path of awakening through the lens of what gets in the way of establishing mental clarity and wisdom. Through sustained mindfulness practice, we begin to recognize our conditioning and a natural compassion arises for ourselves and others. We develop resilience, ease and joy, that carries us peacefully on life’s path.
This 25-minute guided meditation invites you to settle in—to find that balance of ease and alertness, to let the body breathe, and to simply know experience as it unfolds.
