“Paths are made by walking.” – Franz Kafka

The path of peace is an inner journey. On retreat, we quiet the mind and cultivate curiosity, creating ideal conditions to reveal the natural peace of our heart.

We’ll alternate between the movement of yoga, qigong and walking meditations and the stillness of seated meditations.

Come and enjoy a full day reset for body and mind!

The day will include clear instructions, periods of silence and opportunity for reflection and questions.

Suitable for all levels. Beginners are very welcome. Please reach out if you have questions.

BOOKING DETAILS
Please register using the ‘Book Now!’ button, or complete the ‘Let us help you register!’ form below.

Registration for this retreat is offered on a sliding scale. Please pay what you can afford. Your generosity supports the existence of our Stream community, the programs we offer and our operating costs.

Benefactor $75 (inc HST)
The Benefactor rate provides the opportunity to offer a little more to support Stream and allows us to offer reduced rates for others with limited income.

Standard $55 (inc HST)
The Standard rate represents the actual cost. If you can afford this level or higher, you assist our efforts to offer reduced rates.

Reduced $35 (inc HST)
Payment at the Reduced rate covers a portion of the cost, but removes barriers for those with limited incomes to attend.

DANA
Your registration fee covers the costs of holding the retreat. There will be an additional opportunity to offer donations (dana) for the teacher at or after the retreat. It is traditional for teachers to offer the Buddhadharma freely and be supported in turn by the generosity of students.

The Stream Membership discount is not available for this event.
